By submitting this registration form, I confirm that I consent to Ginger & Co. collecting and processing my personal data solely for the purposes of event management, ticketing, safety communication, and post-event follow-up. I understand that Ginger & Co. will handle all data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Austrian privacy laws.

My data will not be shared with third parties except where required for event operations (for example, secure payment providers or ticketing platforms), and it will be retained only as long as necessary for these stated purposes. Photography, Filming & Media Consent

I acknowledge that Afrobeats Indoor Cycling: Vienna Takeover 2025 is a live, public event that will be professionally filmed and photographed for documentation, promotional, and educational purposes. By registering, I give Ginger & Co. and its authorised media partners full permission to record, photograph, and use my image, likeness, and voice in event coverage, promotional materials, and digital media worldwide, without compensation or further approval.

I understand that filming will also take place in the general audience and viewing areas, and that accompanying guests or spectators may appear incidentally in event footage. By submitting this registration, I confirm that any accompanying guests are aware that the event will be filmed and photographed. Participation in the event requires acknowledgement of this media consent.
